The ScanControlUnit is used for monitoring and control as well as for motion synchronization between the scan system and industrial robot.

ScanControlUnit (SCU-3) The SCU-3 is a control unit for scan optics to realize remote laser applications.

The system can be used for stationary (fixed scanner) and dynamic applications (moving scanner, e.g., by industrial robots),

where in this case the movement of the robot and the scanner can be synchronized by the system (so-called On-the-Fly application).

The system consists of the control cabinet, the installed user software, and an optional operating device.

Welding laser scan head intelliWELD PR

The intelliWELD scan system has a compact design and can therefore be easily mounted on welding robots.

This also enables use in hard-to-reach work areas.

All optical components are specifically designed for fiber-coupled disc or fiber lasers with up to 8 kW power.

Thanks to iDRIVE technology, the intelliWELD offers extensive diagnostic and monitoring capabilities.
