Bielomatik Laser Welding System

Machine Description:

The laser unit with integrated cooling for the laser is located in the lower left part of the machine frame.
The tools are mounted on a 2-station rotary table that rotates 180 degrees with each cycle.
The working area with the welding station, the tool (on the rotary table), and the product holder is located in the middle part of the machine frame.
The control cabinet is installed at the back.
The welding station is secured with a laser-proof enclosure against the loading/unloading area.
The welding laser (the laser supply) is turned off when a maintenance door is opened.
The loading and unloading of the welding parts is done manually. The welding process runs automatically.

The cell has been used for laser welding of various plastic parts (front frames).
