Avio Soldering Generator

The TCW-215 from the Avio product range by Hilpert electronics is a programmable pulse soldering generator,
which can be used for reflow soldering or thermocompression bonding depending on the specifications.
Standby heating, preheating, and the temperature profile for soldering are freely programmable and can be tailored to customer needs or applications.
The temperature profile is displayed on the LCD screen, and individual soldering programs can be edited and saved in the system.
The generator is equipped with an RS-232 interface and is also suitable for integration into machines.
The soldering/bonding head can be activated pneumatically, electrically, or mechanically via a foot pedal.
The electrode pressure is continuously adjustable between 0.07 and 4.5 kg.
The device is suitable for soldering connectors, flex prints, LCDs, and flat ribbon cables.
