ATM Brillant 240 - Semi-Automatic Table Cutting Machine

The Brillant 240 is a compact and flexible semi-automatic wet cutting grinder
for workpieces and samples up to a size of Ø 94 mm with a cutting wheel size of 250 mm/10”.
The robust machine combines the advantages and speed of a manual cutting machine
with the benefits of an automatic device.

One-hand operation and a hand lever with automatic locking brake make cross cuts
and positioning the cutting wheel in the feed cut a breeze. The cutting table
is equipped with dynamic, automatic feed, and the manual mode allows
for quick cuts also using the handwheel (feed cut). The stroke cutting technology
enables excellent cutting results even with the most difficult materials,
for series cuts, the machine can be equipped with an automatic cross feed (optional).
During setup and operation, all automatic axes are monitored via path measurement and a force-dependent feed control (X-axis).
A large, color display with a newly developed operating concept intuitively guides the user through the work steps.
Configurable cutting parameters, maintenance interval determination, a pre-installed consumables list, etc. support daily work.
