Atmosfär Corrosion Test Chamber with Data Logger Transfer Software.

Main Features of Atmosfär

Oscillating spray bar with magnetically coupled drive system.
Positioned high in the center of the chamber, above the test specimens.
Multiple spray nozzles spray the salt solution mist directly and evenly
onto the test specimens below.
Spray bar nozzles equipped with integrated filters rotate within the
chamber at a custom speed back and forth,
to optimize the precipitation for specific test protocols.

Ultra-fast heating system with ramp function
Temperature range 35°C to 70°C + humidity

Enables ultra-fast transition time from 35°C salt spray mist to 70°C
drying within 15 minutes.

Also allows for maximum temperature and relative humidity of
80°C and 80% relative humidity to be reached.

35 °C salt spray mist (100% relative humidity) to 70 °C air drying < 30 min.
70 °C air drying to 50 °C > 95% relative humidity < 20 min.
50 °C > 95% relative humidity to salt spray mist 35 °C
(100% relative humidity) < 30 min.
60 °C air drying to -20 °C < 60 min.

Innovative design, the oscillating spray bar and air supply

The system can be quickly and easily removed to allow the chamber to comply with other
cyclical corrosion test standards.
